2. Eligibility and accounts
You may need an account for some features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that breaks applicable law
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape excessively, or reverse engineer the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content
- Circumvent domain locks, rate limits, or other access controls
4. Forecasts, maps, and content
Weather forecasts, snowfall estimates, maps, resort information, and related content are provided for general informational and planning purposes. Conditions change quickly. Always verify critical decisions with local authorities, resort operators, and official forecasts. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
5. Embeddable forecast widgets
If you create or display an embeddable forecast widget, you also agree that:
- You may embed widgets only on domains you are authorised to use
- Widgets must keep Sknowed attribution and links intact where shown
- You will not wrap, frame, or style the widget in a way that misleads users about the source of the forecast
- We may limit, suspend, or revoke embed access for abuse, excessive load, or Terms violations
- Widget availability depends on our Service; temporary outages may occur
Creating or using a widget constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content we publish, is owned by Sknowed.com or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute our materials except as expressly allowed (for example, authorised widget embeds).

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sknowed.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
